Update again: 8 times trying to use this app - 8 times having a problem getting the order to go trough. At this point the people at the restaurant just tell me that "corporate is working through problems." I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. This app just doesnt work.
Update: I posted the same info below into the apps feedback function. Within 3 hours of sending the comment - I got a call from the local store manager who apologized for the problems, offered to comp a meal next time Im in the store and asked me if I was willing to give the app another try to come by the store and let her see what is happening so she can get corporate working on a fix. Thats not happening anywhere else but Chickfila. The app still needs fixing - but 4 stars for customer service!
Original review: This has happened all three times I have ordered on this app. I submit the order, when I arrive at the chickfila, I press "Im here." The app says "problem processing your payment". I resubmit the order 2-3 times and it finally goes through on the same payment method. Then they start making the order while I stand there.
This app is a beta at best. It wastes time rather than saving it. Try again.
