Not great ordering process

Tried to order quantity 2 of the same item and doesnt seem to let me. I wanted two chickFilA sandwiches with no pickle, Frys and a shake - but only lets me add one no matter how many times I enter another item.

They need to take some lessons from Starbucks App.
