Says it cant find an internet connection. LTE and wifi both work

In the day of people journaling what’s entering their bodies, it’s an odd omission on Chick-fil-A’s part to exclude a meal calculator within their app. Add to the fact that the one on their website does not work either and you can kind of see the cause for concern around this. I strive to be as accurate and honest as possible when tracking my nutrition and I expect places that I eat at to be as open and honest in making that accurate nutritional information available to me.

I havent had any problems while using the app. I was also able to use the nutrition calculator on the website and the app with no problems. It functions smoothly and I have been able to order from it a few times now.

Fix your app wont let me add my credit / debit card

Thank you for creating an way for me to order from home! I have never had any of the issues other people seem to have. Great app

I use this app almost every time I come here. Saves me waiting in line.

The app never works right. It ALWAYS say there is a problem with my order no matter which perfectly working card I use. To add insult to injury you are left with the "attempts" made right on your card holding the funds for days before they are made available back to you by the bank. Nobody knows how to support that app at the locations (which is not surprising). Do not use.

The app works great for me. You can place an order, pay for it, and even get directions to the restaurant. It also has complete nutritional information of the food in case you want to track that. I didnt see coupons but thats not really a negative.

This app helps me skip the line!

Please add Apple Pay to increase efficiency of ordering!

Cant add fund. Cant add credit card. Always errors. Minus 5 stars if i can.

Works perfect, no standing in line, and my order is ready in under 5 minutes after I get there.

With my family of 5 the ordering process in person has always felt tedious. Now I can just hit reorder from the favorites, walk in and have my food faster than I used to order. Not enough to mark down a star, but Apple Pay support would be the icing on this cake.

App does not work! When ordering catering wont give you an option to choose the time is stuck on 1:30 PM whats the point of this app when I have to call the store just order a whole point is to avoid calling. Love your food please fix your app!!!!

Really fast and saves time on my visit.

The whole idea of Apple Pay was that companies could not use your private information or get your credit card information and therefore you have that much more privacy. The mobile app payment application for Chick-fil-A destroys that idea, Chick-fil-A wants you to create an account, load money on it and then process everything through their system. Outside of being an organization that is already proved their inability to have the inability to respect the equality, now they are showing their true colors and their inability to respect our users privacy. Theres no way Im using this app. I simply stopped in to get a soda and was curious about it. I guess I wont even be doing that now.

Need to create yet another account and have another place store credit info.

App is useless without Apple Pay and fingerprint integration.
