Good app. Nice update to include Apple Pay. Needs Apple Wallet support to make it perfect.

I do not usually use apps like this but for the time it saves me the few times Ive used it during rush hour has been awesomeness!!!! Only thing I think that could be tweaked is that it gives you a choice to order ketchup for kids meal. They left out the ketchup but I could have picked it up before leaving the store if Id known they didnt put it in the bag. Luckily that wasnt an issue this time. Whew! Other than that it rocks! Wish more places had an app like this.

Downloaded this app because chic fil a is pretty dank. And also because I heard if you download this you can get a free sandwich. Not sure if I got that info from a reliable source but doesnt hurt to try. Chic fil a is doing it right Chicken biscuits are too nice.

App doesnt save favorites to app. I have this app on 2 devices and its doesnt save recent orders on my other device

The app is good overall, but every time I try and check in the app crashes. This happens multiple times until it finally lets me. Also being able to edit/delete your favorite orders would be a good feature.

I have had the last two versions and havent even been able to register for an account. I only kept it in hopes that the new version would fix that problem because I love chick fi la. But the app doesnt work at all and was just taking up space. Its now deleted. Oh well.

My workmates and I use this app multiple times per week, easily cuts 10 minutes off of our wait time. I do wish there was a way to edit, or just delete, my favorite orders.

First time using this app, downloaded fast. No glitches or errors, I read one other review where it stated couldnt register, I had no problem registering. It was fast too! I love chic fil a, although I wish I could have found this app before I waited 15 mins through drive-thru!

I like the app a lot but I find it strange that the calendar card cant be saved. This seems so obvious. Would also like to see a area to save coupons

This app solves no problem, but instead, creates them. I got a gift card for Christmas and thought, hey, Ill download the app and add the gift card so I didnt need to keen the card with me. Big mistake. I placed an order at the local chickfila drive thru (which was listed as accepting mobile pay). When I got to the window and had them scan the phone, they guy couldnt get it to work and then blamed me by stating that not all chickfilas accept them. Then I discovered I could pay for another order at a different chickfila location prior to arriving using the "place a take out order." I ordered and then went to pay with the gift card, but the total was over the amount and instead of allowing me two methods of payment, it charged the entire amount to my credit card. Then when I arrived, I had to click, "Im here" which I thought would mean they would call my name, but no. Clicking "im here" merely cues them to make the order. I ended up actually having to wait longer than customers who waited in line, ordered, and then waited for their food. The third time I used the app, I figured out an order on the "order take out" function that would come out to cost the exact amount as the gift card balance. I ordered, I clicked, "Im here" and I went inside. I waited a couple min while the line wound down and then inquired. The guy at the counter had no idea what I was talking about (thought it was a catering order). Bagger came and said that since I wasnt due until 6p (it was 5:45p), it wouldnt be ready for 10 min. What?! I told her it wasnt a complicated order - a number 3 combo and a small fruit cup! And the app said nothing about lead time once I clicked "Im here." Why would I need to wait 10 min for something I could have walked in and ordered in less time? In the end, the app creates far more hassles and none of the employees seem to know how to handle it which means it is a FAIL here in SoCal.

App cannot find a chick fil a location. I was right across the street from the chick fil a. I even put the address in and could not find a location.

Love the ability to order my food ahead of time, skip the line and still have someway say "my pleasure" when I pick it up. Remarkably convenient in the most personal way!

Somehow I ended up with an A list paper without a card. This is a pain at the drive-thru (hand key that long number), and unless my child is working - Im not handing my phone over. It seems a given that I should have the QR code on my wrist with my new watch - but not yet. Also wish I could put my calendar card on it - Im going to misplace that thing by December. Looking forward to seeing the app grow.

Update again: 8 times trying to use this app - 8 times having a problem getting the order to go trough. At this point the people at the restaurant just tell me that "corporate is working through problems." I have deleted and reinstalled multiple times. This app just doesnt work. Update: I posted the same info below into the apps feedback function. Within 3 hours of sending the comment - I got a call from the local store manager who apologized for the problems, offered to comp a meal next time Im in the store and asked me if I was willing to give the app another try to come by the store and let her see what is happening so she can get corporate working on a fix. Thats not happening anywhere else but Chickfila. The app still needs fixing - but 4 stars for customer service! Original review: This has happened all three times I have ordered on this app. I submit the order, when I arrive at the chickfila, I press "Im here." The app says "problem processing your payment". I resubmit the order 2-3 times and it finally goes through on the same payment method. Then they start making the order while I stand there. This app is a beta at best. It wastes time rather than saving it. Try again.

App crashes just moments after opening. Has been like this for months.

My app is stuck while updating. Cant erase it or update from App Store either.
