I ordered through the app and my order was taken immediately. I walked in and was given to me as I walked in. Great customer service and exceptionally great business.

It was really nice not to have wait in line on a busy day. Ordered in the, walked right in and picked up my food.

Was traveling with my family down the interstate placed our order got off the exit and despite having a busy lunchtime crowd I was able to pick up our order within five minutes. Love this app!

I absolutely love the Chick-fil-A app, but I thought I would try the curbside feature for the first time. It took 3 mins to prepare my order after we arrived and then showed on the app that the food was ready. We timed the delivery of the food at 45 seconds and our server was running to our car with our food! Once again blown away by the service from Chick-fil-A!

I ordered online because I was in a hurry and specifically said no cheese however my salad had cheese and I didnt notice until I went to eat it 20 min later. I was only able to pick the chicken out. I paid for a salad to eat chicken nuggets!

This was my first experience using the Chick-fil-A app We were totally thrilled with the experience. The food was ready when we got here so we did not have to wait in the long line that we encountered ! Also it automatically used my calendar coupon! Harbourvirw Chic fil a is awesome!!!

I just tried out the Chick-fil-A mobile app and pre-ordered my meal. Wow. So quick and easy. Excellent customer service.

Chick-fil-a continues to stay leaps and bounds ahead of all other fast food restaurants in quality, service and appearance. Keep up the good work.

The older male employee was friendly and courteous! He constantly checked to make sure our drinks were filled, and that are needs were met. When we exited the building, he opened the door and held it open as we left. Great service!!!!

Tried to order quantity 2 of the same item and doesnt seem to let me. I wanted two chickFilA sandwiches with no pickle, Frys and a shake - but only lets me add one no matter how many times I enter another item. They need to take some lessons from Starbucks App.

Ive used this many times and it never disappoints.

Love the mobile app... works great during lunch or dinner time when store is crowded.. the service behind the counter is fast and courteous..

I have now now waited over 30 minutes after arriving at the restaurant (and confirming via app that Im here), and the food is not ready. Love CFA, but the mobile app service is a disaster.

20 minutes for fries is too long!! Submitted order for just fries on the app. Ridiculous!!

4 1/2 stars! Very good app! Love being able to put in my order and saunter in to pick it up. Theres a store in the building I work in & another in the city I live in. The home store ALWAYS has a line that wraps around the building. Great people, good food! Suggestion: allow users to delete cards no longer in use & let us change passwords at will.

Had 4 orders, they came out in 3 minutes. Didnt taste fresh

The app was great. Ordering was quick. Walking in and skipping the line was a time saver. The order did not contain all requested condiments. The emailed receipt contained a survey which did not grant a free sandwich upon completion. Sad panda indeed. +fast +friendly +smiles -trick survey +still love them anyway
